The name
Why a longhorn.
The Texas longhorn is a working animal that survived on hard ground because it was tough, adaptable and stubborn about it. It's on the state's cattle brands, its university and about half the barn walls between here and San Antonio.
We put it on the van because it's the plainest way to say what this is: a Texas day out, run by Texans, with no pretension about it.
